Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Location: Karnataka and Tamil Nadu
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the designated regions of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territories.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
- Travel and Fieldwork:
- Travel extensively within Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to meet clients.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages (Kannada and Tamil) and English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in any industry-specific knowledge.

Pay: ₹11,630.46 - ₹25,612.91 per month
