Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Location: Chennai

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of prior field sales experience and a strong passion for meeting customers, achieving targets, and growing in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers on the field to promote and sell products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activity and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
