We are looking for a dedicated Field & Office Executive who will act as a mediator between PG owners and PG tenants (renters). The employee will handle both on-field operations and office coordination to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a link between PG owners and PG tenants
- Visit PG properties for verification, onboarding, and coordination
- Assist tenants in finding suitable PG accommodations
- Explain PG facilities, rent, rules, and terms to tenants
- Coordinate meetings and negotiations between PG owners and renters
- Maintain updated records of PG listings, availability, and pricing
- Follow up with owners and tenants to close deals successfully
- Handle documentation, agreements, and basic office reporting
- Resolve basic queries and issues from both owners and tenants
- Support marketing and lead generation activities when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
