Weidner Ireland Ltd are looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Service Technician to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, travelling to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair our range of professional cleaning equipment. From high-pressure power washers to industrial floor scrubbers, you will ensure our clients' machinery stays in peak condition.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical repair role
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
• Experience working on cleaning equipment, plant, agricultural machinery, forklifts, access equipment, catering equipment, or similar machinery would be an advantage
• A good working knowledge of how machines operate, including motors, pumps, batteries, vac systems, control systems, and general mechanical components
• Ability to diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs to a high standard
• Good communication skills and a professional manner with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily projects
• A full clean driving licence is required

Desirable Experience

• Electrical experience preferred in AC & DC Controls
• Experience with battery-powered equipment, chargers, would be an advantage.
• Experience with small plant diesel & petrol engines would be an advantage
• Sales, merchandising, or customer-facing experience would also be an advantage

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: €36,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
