Description:
About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.

Working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more, your role will be to:

• Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)
• Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
• Monitor and record parts usage
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

Along with a positive attitude & high regard for safety, our ideal candidate will have:

• A mechanical trade qualification
• Current driver's licence
• Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to work unsupervised in field
• Ability to participate in on-call roster
