To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Financial Admin for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base out of Siemens A/S office in Ballerup.
If you have analytical skills, enjoy working with financial data, have a structured approach to problem-solving, and an interest in digitalization and automation, this role could be perfect for you. Your ability to combine financial expertise with system knowledge will be valuable in supporting our Electrification & Automation business unit's growth. Beyond delivering immediate business value, you'll drive process improvements across the finance team, particularly by identifying and implementing AI to enhance operational efficiency. This is considered a core differentiator in the position, and you will be given dedicated time to drive these improvement efforts.

What are your responsibilities?
  • Play a key role in planning, forecasting, and managing customer orders throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Oversee and improve our automated and digitalized order process, from offer to delivery, and act as the driving force behind our E-Business initiatives.
  • Utilizing AI to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency across the finance and order management functions.
  • Deliver insightful financial analyses on the P&L (topline and bottom line) as well as cash management, supporting the Country Finance Business Manager in making decisions that drive the success of our business unit.
  • Provide financial administration support to stakeholders across the organization.
We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role.

As our new Financial Admin, you will probably have the following qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting (or a similar field).
  • 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong skills in data analytics and visualization in Finance.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with a result-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Fundamental AI knowledge and curiosity towards how AI implementation can benefit business processes
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and motivated by creating value for customers.
  • A growth mindset: eager to learn, open to new ideas, and continuously improving.
