Finance, HR & General Administrative site responsible (M/F/X)

What tasks will you perform?

Accounting Related

  • Responsible for the accounting from A to Y (including the preparation of the closure of the site).
  • Takes care of the VAT registration projects and VAT compliance formalities.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day and timely execution of (administrative) accounting tasks.
  • Ensure the correct processing of intra-community transactions according to VAT rules and regulations.
  • Posts purchase invoices.
  • Performs customer and payment follow-ups.

HR related

  • First point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.
  • Follow-up of attendance and absences, daily follow-up of vaccinations and other registrations (overtime, etc.) via the time registration system (Protime).
  • Administrative follow-up of personnel files and contract management.
  • Cooperation and consultation with HR Central (Belgium) regarding personnel policy, changes and processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accountancy-taxation or equivalent by experience.
  • A first work experience in a similar position within an (international) SME environment of preferably 3 years.
  • Knowledge of Excel and willing to master our own ERP package.
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations in an international environment.
  • Highly developed, demonstrable skills in the field of teamwork and people leadership.
  • Hands-on mentality and is analytically strong.
  • You can function in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Functions as a confidential advisor and is pragmatic.
  • Can be the link between business, finance and HR.
  • Proficiency in German and English.

  • Schedule: full-time from Monday to Friday.
