The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and fully qualified Financial Manager to join our team in Naas. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a key role within the business, supporting the financial operations of our engineering division. You’ll manage day-to-day finance activities, lead month-end reporting, oversee AR/AP, and support project financials, budgeting, and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial operations for the engineering division
- Oversee AR/AP, invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Own the month-end close and management accounts process
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and project cost analysis
- Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Work closely with the CFO on financial strategy and forecasting
What You’ll Need
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance
- Experience in a project-driven or engineering/construction environment preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and leadership abilities

Please note: our offices may be moving mid year closer to Kildare Town.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €45,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
