• Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with organizational objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA preferred)

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills
• Experience with implementing financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
