We are currently looking for a Business Manager!
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success
- Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered
- Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution
- Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding
- Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
- Administrative duties as required by the department
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets
- Demonstrated knowledge of contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines
- Self-driven, motivated
- Must have/obtain valid AMVIC licence
- Previous automotive finance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $48,166.03-$154,998.39 per year
