If so, you could be the Financial Controller we’re looking for in our Financial Reporting & Internal Controlling department.

JOIN BESTSELLER’S FINANCE ORGANISATION
You’ll become part of a team consisting of five dedicated colleagues within Financial Reporting & Internal Controlling. We work closely with the business to enhance performance, develop innovative tools and processes, and ensure transparency, quality, and strong collaboration across stakeholders.

HELP CREATE THE FOUNDATION FOR SMARTER DECISIONS AT BESTSELLER
As our new Controller, you will play a central role in strengthening internal controls, improving financial reporting, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.

Your key tasks include:

• Controlling and validating monthly financial reporting
• Providing management reporting and analysis for the CFO, CEO, and brand managers
• Developing and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Aligning and optimizing financial processes across regions, brands, and business initiatives to drive efficiency and consistency

YOUR PROFILE
You have a structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong financial mindset. You are motivated by solving complex challenges, take ownership of your work, and communicate your ideas clearly and constructively. You are a strong team player and build trust through professionalism and service-mindedness.

We imagine you have:

• Relevant education in finance or economics (e.g., MSc in Economics, BSc in Business Administration, HD(R), or similar)
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power Bi.
• Proactive and self-sufficient learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
