The Opportunity.

As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing consolidation, financial controlling, and external financial reporting for TP Aerospace Group. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Accounting and the Accounting team to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in our financial information.

You’ll also be a part of driving strategic projects focused on digitalization and process optimization, and be the first point of contact on financial reporting-related matters.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Coordination of the monthly consolidation and reporting process
• Financial controlling of regional and consolidated financials for the group
• Supporting regional accounting teams to ensure statutory reporting complies with relevant regulations and standards
• Supporting external audits and liaising with auditors regarding group reporting matters
• Monitoring changes in IFRS standards and assessing implications for the group
• Maintaining and updating accounting manuals and financial reporting guidelines
• Monthly consolidation (Konsolidator), and maintaining and updating the global Chart of Account
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and participation in key strategic projects for accounting

Qualifications:

• MSc or BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Accounting or Audit qualification is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience as an external financial auditor or in Accounting, Financial Reporting & Controlling, or other relevant field—preferably from an international company operating in multiple countries
• Expertise in consolidation practices and preparing financial reporting in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS), alternatively DK GAAP
• Experience managing and delivering on projects, including working cross-functionally or across geographies
• Tech savvy, including highly advanced Excel skills experience with the MS Power Platform
