Financial Controller

Your role

As a Financial Controller within our Finance Team, you will play a key role in supporting externally funded projects by strengthening data monitoring and enhancing financial reporting processes, in line with funder requirements and standards.

Your tasks:

• Support the External Funding Team in financial reporting by developing clear procedures and checklists
• Prepare standardized financial reports that comply with project-specific financial guidelines
• Provide support during financial audits related to externally funded projects
• Maintain well-structured databases to facilitate regular financial reporting
• Design and implement monitoring tools to ensure accurate and timely data quality
• Assist in the development and analysis of reports using SAP and Power BI

Your profile

• University degree in Management Studies or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost controlling and financial reporting
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
