The Controller/Accountant is responsible to oversee and if necessary execute on all accounting functions for a distribution businesses as well as other smaller businesses.
Not limited to accounting, the incumbent also acts as an advisor for all financial needs for the company and ownership. The role also scales more granularly to execution and maintenance of payroll and inventory controls. The role requires a team player who has experience in related fields, and enthusiasm for handling all aspects of financial requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the Accounting Operations
· Supervise a direct reports: A/R & A/P
· Produce timely financial reporting for all divisions
· Manage cash flow
· Maintain GL
· Budget preparation with Managers
· Collaborate with external auditors for Year End functions
· Responsible for inventory oversight and protocols
· Act as Accounting and finance support for Division managers

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
