Finishing Foreman – Kildare

Strive is working with a leading Irish developer to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for a large residential scheme in Kildare. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of the finishing stages on a 200-unit housing development, ensuring high-quality delivery and successful handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing trades and manage the quality of internal and external works
• Ensure homes are completed to the highest standard before client handover
• Coordinate snagging, inspections, and final checks
• Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to meet deadlines
• Maintain health & safety standards on site at all times

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large residential projects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple finishing trades efficiently
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards
