The Role:

As the Head of Fitness at Avena Leisure, you’ll be the driving force behind our fitness programs, ensuring our classes are diverse, energetic, and tailored to meet the needs of our members.

Extra Details:

• 30hours working across 4 days
• Flexible working week (Eg. Mon,Tue, Fri, Sat - weekend work required)
• Diverse shift work - Classes, Admin, Training, Standards, Staffing

What We’re Looking For:

• Fitness Expertise: A recognized fitness qualification
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading fitness teams or managing fitness programs.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire both staff and members.
• Passion for Fitness: A deep passion for fitness, with the energy and enthusiasm to motivate others.
• Attention to detail: An individual driven to deliver unforgettable standards and experiences, focusing on every aspect within the building.
• Innovative Mindset: The ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our fitness offerings exciting and engaging.
• Team Player: Willingness to work alongside a high-energy team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
