Orangetheory Fitness is currently looking for intelligent, outgoing, and passionate Sales Associates to join our rapidly growing sales team! We are seeking qualified Sales Associates that are eager to provide our members with excellent customer service at our professional group fitness training facility.

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Orangetheory Fitness Sales Associate you will be part of a high energy, enthusiastic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis. You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, and build relationships with Orangetheory Fitness members and the community in order to help maintain and build strong member base. You will also be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience. This position is a full-time position that will require opening and/or closing shifts.

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Establish and maintain an effective referral program
• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist, maintaining an organized and clean lobby and front desk area
• Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Proper onboarding all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
• Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Outgoing and energetic seeking to expand their sales career in the fitness industry
• Someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to be a part of a world class fitness company
• Enthusiastic about changing people’s lives through fitness and community
• Interested in further development of their professional skills in sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining clients, and growing a business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, NOT SEASONAL

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Intake: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
