We are looking for a Fleet Manager to take charge of rider recruitment, fleet operations, and compliance while driving efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Delivery Rider Hiring, Training & Management – Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing fleet of delivery riders.
• Fleet Management & Vehicle Operations – Oversee motorcycle rental fleet, ensuring maintenance, safety, and optimal utilization.
• Rental Compliance & Risk Management – Enforce rental agreements, prevent fraud, and manage repossession and recovery cases.
• Operations & Process Optimization – Streamline workflows, implement tracking systems, and improve fleet efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Business Growth – Lead fleet coordinators, optimize rider performance, and scale rental operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Rider Recruitment & Management – Proven ability to hire, train, and retain a large fleet of riders.
• Fleet Operations Expertise – Experience managing motorcycle or vehicle rentals.
• Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving – Ability to handle rider disputes, repossession cases, and compliance issues.
• Operational Efficiency – Experience optimizing fleet usage, controlling costs, and implementing process improvements.
• Leadership & Team Management – Ability to motivate teams and improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
