We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to help lead our team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ariete Hospitality Group is currently seeking a Floor Manager.
We seek an individual with a passion for great food and hospitality, care and consistency. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic restaurant concept, in an environment that fosters professional and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations
- Provide leadership and strategy to inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenue
- Continuously evaluate staff performance and encourage improvement through guidance and training
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws
- Report to and work with the Director of Operations and Service Director to facilitate all needs for the business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
