Surfers Pavilion operates 7 days a week, from breakfast until late. This is a full-time role, and the opportunity to grow within a leading hospitality group.

The Role
As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our iconic waterfront venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead the floor team, ensure seamless service, and uphold the high standards that Surfers Pavilion is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be driving both operational excellence and team culture.

The Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team, creating a culture of professionalism, energy, and fun.
• Oversee all aspects of floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak trade.
• Monitor and maintain exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Support the Venue Manager with rostering, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development.
• Uphold operational standards, including presentation, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

• An experienced hospitality leader with proven success in managing front-of-house teams in a high-volume venue.
