Job Title: Floor Tech
Location: Emerald Brookside, Lincoln, NE
Department: Housekeeping/Laundry
Reports to: Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
Position Type: Full time 7a-330p with every other weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at Emerald Brookside. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of our facility's floors and carpets.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect floors and carpets on a daily basis
Report any equipment malfunctions or cleaning supply needs to supervisor in a timely manner
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) in all areas where necessary
Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a similar role or related field preferred
Ability to multi-task and take direction from management
Must be a team player and represent Brookside in a positive manner
