- Prefer to avoid direct leadership of subcontractors or installers

We believe in alignment and clarity. Strong operations depend on consistent communication and leadership

- 5+ years of operations or project management experience (construction, remodeling, or home services preferred)
- Proven experience coordinating teams, schedules, and subcontractors or trade partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with CRMs, project management, or scheduling software

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibility
- Established systems and defined workflows
- A professional, collaborative work environment
- Direct collaboration with ownership and leadership
- Opportunity to grow into expanded operational leadership as the company scales
