Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Supervising floor operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming dining experience.
- Customer Service & Quality: Monitoring food/beverage quality, handling customer complaints promptly, and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Training, mentoring, scheduling, and conducting staff briefings and performance monitoring.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Maintaining inventory, inventory counts, and adhering to budget restrictions.
- Safety & Sanitation: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food handling standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
