• Guest Service:
• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist guests with menu selections and food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food and Beverage Preparation:
• Help maintain stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies.
• Ensure all F&B items are served according to the hotel's quality standards.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure that all dining areas are set up properly before, during, and after service.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions as needed.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with chefs, and hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training new staff members, as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss any issues, improvements, or updates.
• Guest Feedback:
• Seek guest feedback regarding their dining experience and relay comments or concerns to the management team.
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Event Support:
• Assist with organizing and serving food and beverages during special events, such as parties, meetings, or private dinners.
• Provide support for themed nights, private functions, and group bookings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
