- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with menu selections and food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Help maintain stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Ensure all F&B items are served according to the hotel's quality standards.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Ensure that all dining areas are set up properly before, during, and after service.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions as needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with chefs, and hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in training new staff members, as required.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss any issues, improvements, or updates.
- Guest Feedback:
- Seek guest feedback regarding their dining experience and relay comments or concerns to the management team.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Event Support:
- Assist with organizing and serving food and beverages during special events, such as parties, meetings, or private dinners.
- Provide support for themed nights, private functions, and group bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
