Groundswell Brew & Bottle is a newly licensed bar and taproom for Spinifex Brewing Co, showcasing the best beer, wine and spirits produced in our local region.
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant who is passionate about beer, coffee and food, and who takes pride in delivering warm, professional service.
This role would suit someone with bar experience and barista skills, who is confident working independently as well as part of a team. You’ll be serving local businesses, residents and visitors, with opportunities to be involved in events and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a bar and café environment
- Bartending and beverage service
- Coffee preparation and barista service
- Preparing café-style food (toasties, muffins, wraps, etc.)
- Opening, closing and operating the venue independently when required
- Working as part of a team during busy periods, events and functions
Essential Requirements
- Current RSA
- Minimum 12 months bartending experience
- Barista experience
- Experience preparing basic café food
- Food Handler Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal right to work in Australia (sponsorship not available)
- Currently located in Mandurah or nearby
Desirable (but not essential)
- Approved Manager qualification
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification or willingness to obtain
- Position commencement: January 2026

Pay: $31.00 – $42.00 per hour
