About the Job:
Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant at Daydream Island. As part of the Food & Beverage department, this part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the exceptional dining experience we provide for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer service by attending to guests' needs in a prompt and friendly manner
Prepare dining areas for service, including setting up tables and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when required
Serve food and beverages according to established standards, ensuring presentation and quality are maintained
Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any special dietary considerations
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods
Assist with stock management and inventory control as directed by management

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
