We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong background in food service and customer care who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be confident on the floor, understand the importance of professional service standards, and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team environment.

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar service. You will ensure guests receive attentive, efficient, and professional service throughout their visit while supporting the wider team in delivering a seamless dining experience.

You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of service standards and the sequence of service within a busy restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service across restaurant, bar, and events
• Provide an excellent guest experience from arrival through to departure
• Support smooth and efficient food and beverage service during busy periods
• Confidently present menus, specials, wines, cocktails, and drinks to guests
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout all service areas
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently
• Support stock replenishment and daily operational duties

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food service or hospitality role
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest care
• Good working knowledge of the sequence of service within a restaurant
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in food, wine, cocktails, and Irish whiskey
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
