Job Title: Food & Beverage Assistant
Department: Prom Bar
Reports to: Bar Manager

We are currently seeking experienced Part - Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is not suitable for students, as it requires availability during the school term

Job Purpose:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining and bar experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Develop knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.
Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
