We are looking for a creative soul to join our new airport outlets SUSHI SUSHI or SOL BOWL.

Sushi/Sashimi experience highly regarded

What You'll Do

• Skillfully prepare all fresh ingredients, mastering the art of cutting, peeling, and chopping vibrant fruit and vegetables to craft visually stunning, irresistible bowls.
• Engage with customers to explain the health benefits of our menu
• Operate the register swiftly to keep the queue moving during peak times
• Clean and sanitize the service area to maintain a 5 star standard
• Assist with opening or closing procedures to keep the store running smoothly

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Previous Barista experience is preferred and highly regarded for this role
• Genuine passion for wellness trends and fresh ingredients is essential
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is highly regarded
• Ability to work flexible hours across a 7-day roster is required
• High energy levels and a customer-first attitude are a must
• Eligibility to obtain an ASIC security pass is mandatory
