About the Role
Join San Telmo Brisbane — one of Brisbane's most anticipated openings for 2026— as a Full time Section Waiter. This is a key role working across the dining floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium CBD environment. You’ll work within a close-knit front-of-house team, reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor and receiving dedicated monthly appraisals & real professional support!
Duties
- Deliver attentive table service across floor sections
- Drive food and beverage sales through confident menu knowledge and guest engagement
- Maintain premium service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Handle guest feedback professionally and contribute to a positive team culture
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ section waiter experience in a premium, high-volume venue
- Experience as a section waiter in a premium restaurant environment
- Valid working rights in Australia
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
