Overview
The Food Service Counter Attendant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of the food service area. This position involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and preparing food items.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen equipment, and dining space.

Experience
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and customer service best practices is advantageous.
