Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoyably. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Experience is not required as we are happy to train the right person for the job!

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all orders are complete and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout service hours.
• Provide support during peak hours by helping with additional tasks as assigned.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
