Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Support bartending activities as needed, including preparing beverages and maintaining bar cleanliness.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.

Skills

• Experience in food preparation or the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
