Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead Scaffold projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate project activities, and ensure that all work aligns with safety standards, project specifications, and budget requirements. Your leadership will drive project success from planning through completion, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse teams and complex projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and feasibility before execution.
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of compliance with specifications.
- Manage construction budgets, track expenses, and assist in bidding processes using construction management software.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure OSHA safety standards are strictly followed.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, supervise team members’ tasks, and foster a positive work environment focused on productivity and safety.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction management with proven supervising capabilities on commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices.
- Hands-on experience with scaffolding and shoring materials.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
