Description:
Are you a reliable and safety-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Forklift Operator, preferably with an HR Licence, too, to join our team and play a key role in ensuring an organised supply chain.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Accurately wrap, label, and prepare pallets and cartons for dispatch.
Safely load and unload goods using appropriate manual handling techniques and deliver them to designated customer locations.
Ensure customer specifications and expectations are consistently met during the delivery process.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues, escalating where appropriate.
Complete general administrative duties related to deliveries, documentation, and inventory control.
Proactively contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Perform daily vehicle and other related equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness, including removal of waste and packaging.
Collect and deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring goods arrive in excellent condition
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment in line with workplace health and safety standards.

Skills and Experiences:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Possess a valid Forklift driver’s licence (mandatory)
• HR licence is desirable
• Previous picking and packing experience in a cold warehouse environment (preferred)
• Experience in the FMCG or fresh produce industry is highly regarded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or ERP software
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety (WH&S)
• Effective verbal and written communication skill

This role is based in Homebush; works Monday to Friday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
