Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers (1–4 years) to join our expanding team. You’ll play a key role in connecting shippers with reliable carriers, ensuring efficient movement of freight in both OTR and drayage sectors. Ideal candidates are results-driven, well-organized, and passionate about logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Source and manage carrier relationships for OTR and Drayage freight.
Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries while ensuring compliance with timelines and regulations.
Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, providing real-time updates to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal teams.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience as a Freight Broker or within a freight operations/logistics role.
Understanding of both OTR and Drayage operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
