• Handling Paperwork:They ensure all necessary paperwork, such as bills of lading and insurance certificates, is completed and accurate.
• Ensuring Compliance:They stay up-to-date with transportation regulations and ensure all shipments comply with relevant laws and safety standards.
• Building Relationships:They maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers to build a reliable network and facilitate future business.
• Vetting Carriers:They assess the reliability and safety records of carriers to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
