We are hiring experienced Freight Brokers for our US Logistics process at our Mohali (On-site) office.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker with experience in freight brokerage or US International Sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment and managing end-to-end freight operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in Freight Brokerage / Logistics, OR
- Minimum 1 year experience in US International Sales Process
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with freight management systems and logistics platforms preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
- Coordinate, track, and monitor shipments for timely delivery
- Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Resolve shipment issues including delays or damages
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
- Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers for smooth operations

- Location: Mohali (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab) – On-site
- Shift: US Shift
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Job Type: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: From ₹25,000 per month
- Attractive hike + huge incentives (No capping)
