As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Freight Broker will be responsible for building relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating freight rates, and coordinating transportation services to ensure shipments are handled efficiently from pickup to delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong industry knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure freight loads with shippers and carriers.
• Develop and maintain a network of reliable carrier partners.
• Coordinate and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track and trace freight, providing real-time updates to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Handle all necessary documentation related to freight movement.
• Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or route changes promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Use transportation management systems (TMS) and CRM software effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and freight load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight classifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
