About the Role:

We are seeking energetic professionals with experience in International Sales, Travel Sales, or US/International Voice Processes to join our growing logistics team. As a Sales Associate, you will drive outbound sales, manage client relationships, and support smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling and lead development
• Drive client acquisition and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
• Manage documentation and resolve operational issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in US/International Voice Process, International/Travel Sales, or related outbound sales roles
• Background in Freight Brokerage or US Logistics is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US time zone)
• Familiarity with US geography and logistics terminology is an advantage
