Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker with strong knowledge of US logistics and freight brokerage operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing shipper and carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and moving loads efficiently across US lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and book loads from shippers and load boards
• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profit margins
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Track shipments and resolve any transit issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with US transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a US Freight Broker
• Strong understanding of US lanes, rates, and market trends
• Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US night shifts
• Result-oriented and self-driven attitude
