Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, acquire, and expand Mid-Market and Major accounts to support company growth
  • Travel as needed to engage clients, conferences, and nurture relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, RFP's
  • Continue building on your proven logistics sales expertise

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier service to clients across various industries
  • Proven track record of delivering results under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Established relationships with Shippers
