Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle orders, answer questions, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups
- Tag, inspect, and enter garments into our system accurately
- Handle customer payments and manage the register
- Answer phone calls and provide helpful information about services and pricing
- Communicate effectively with production staff to ensure timely order completion
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
