Super 8 has a position open - 4 days a week - which consists of 2 EVENING 3PM-11PM shifts and 2 NIGHT 11PM-7AM shifts - fixed schedule.

Monday & Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Thursday & Friday - 11pm-7am

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS AND ON THESE SPECIFIC DAYS.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
  • Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and preparing reports for management
  • Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to communicate with a broad range of guests
  • Knowledge of hospitality management systems and night audit procedures is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are essential
  • Previous experience in guest services, hotel experience, or hospitality roles is advantageous
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding hospitality and maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
