We’re Hiring | Front Desk Executive
TLC Aesthetica – Vyttila, Kochi
TLC Aesthetica, a premium aesthetic and plastic surgery centre, is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our Vyttila, Kochi facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, calls, and patient inquiries
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams
- Maintain front office records and basic documentation
- Handle billing coordination and patient flow efficiently
- Ensure a calm, organised, and patient-friendly reception area
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Pleasing personality with a patient-centric attitude
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospitality front desk is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, appointment systems)
