About the Role:
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You’ll assist guests with inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
• Provide helpful information about the hotel and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
• Answer phones and make or modify reservations
• Ensure accurate billing and handle payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 44 per week
