As a Reservations Agent at Castle Leslie Estate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from the very first point of contact. This role involves handling all room and service bookings, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservation records, and working closely with other estate departments to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms using the estate’s reservation system.
- Process room bookings, dinner reservations, packages, and estate experiences.
- Secure and verify guest card details, deposits, and payments in accordance with estate policy.
- Manage room lists, group allocations, and special‑request notes with accuracy.
- Make call‑backs for pending inquiries, special arrangements, or follow‑up questions.
- Handle reservation changes, cancellations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Work with front desk, accommodation, events, and operations to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date reservation records, guest profiles, payment logs, and confirmations.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving skills and a calm, professional manner.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (training provided).
