The Park Hotel are currently seeking an experienced Reservations Agent who is detail orientated with the ability to multi task in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar role.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Manage all inquiries in a prompt & professional manner.
Produce quotations & written confirmation to all clients.
Monitor customer satisfaction regularly.
Deal with guest queries and/or complaints.
Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
Contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.
Receptionist duties as needed.
Prior use of relevant Hotel Operating systems is an advantage. Hotsoft proficiency is a distinct advantage.
