We are a busy, fast paced PODIATRY practice in McKinney located in a brand new, medical office building in Stonebridge Ranch. We also have a satellite office in Prosper, Texas. We have one positions that we are hiring.
This position involves dealing with the public, therefore, this requires excellent communication, computer and written skills. The applicant must be an excellent listener and a quick learner. We are looking for someone for the long term who enjoys staying busy throughout the day. Front office duties include:
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
Gather patient demographics
Check in and out
Collecting co payments and deductibles
Dispensing OTC products
Scanning, faxing and digital filing
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Data entry into our EHR
Must be able to type 40 words per minute
Strong leadership skills a plus
1 years medical office experience required
Seeking to fill position for long term
Must be able to multi task
Hard worker, reliable and a self starter
Ability to work well under pressure
Warm outgoing personality
