Role Overview:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for customers visiting iPremium Care. You will handle front-office duties, greet clients warmly, and ensure smooth customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams for updates.
- Handle customer billing, receipts, and feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service or reception is an advantage.
